Du temps de Hassan II, on demandait aux Associations de proposer des projets faisables au niveau local, régional et national .
Les bonnes idées sont collectées par les autorités locales et rassemblées dans un livre blanc qui sert de programme-appât pour le nouveau Parti dont le Roi gratifiait le premier ministre sortant .
Tous les gouverneurs, les pachas et les caïds devaient se mobiliser pour trouver des adhérent.e.s pour ce nouveau Parti.
L’État sait que les Partis existants ne sont que des groupes de pression qui se rassemblent pour les campagnes électorales et se dispersent juste après , comme un rituel .
Entre les campagnes électorales, les Partis se résument à des locaux vides avec des enseignes dorées, quelques rares interviews dans les médias de service et l’attente de nouvelles directives du palais.
Puisque cette année est exceptionnelle à cause de la pandémie , et ne pouvant plus obtenir des idées gratuitement des jeunes associatifs candides, l’État met la main à la poche et paie gracieusement toute une équipe de chercheurs (d’argent) à la tête de laquelle il met son ancien ministre de l’intérieur , Chakib Benmoussa , celui justement qui avait interdit le Parti Démocratique Amazigh Marocain d’Ahmed Adgherni, l’unique vrai Parti de l’histoire du Maroc et qui fait trembler les pouvoirs , à l’intérieur et à l’extérieur du Maroc.
Ce modèle de Développement , dont le chef de la commission vient de présenter les résultats au Roi, à la veille des élections, est la nouveauté de l’époque de Mohammed VI et servira comme livre blanc pour tous les Partis , toutes tendances confondues, comme programme commun officiel , à suivre en totalité pour les Partis administratifs et en partie pour les dits Partis historiques, pour un semblant de démoncratie au pays de la stabilité de la matraque, de la précarité, du chômage déguisé , de mille et un minarets des pétrodollars et de mille et un.e ignorant.e.s, à la mentalité contagieuse de la « jiha lghalba »,la partie dominante , adorée comme une Déesse qui a le droit de vie et de mort sur toute personne ayant la mauvaise étoile de naître et de grandir dans cette prison et cet asile de fous , à ciel ouvert.
Rien de nouveau sous le ciel de l’Afrique du Nord et d'Allah , depuis le septième siècle de la descente aux enfers des bédouins , élus par leur Allah et qui est élu par eux , au grand malheur de bien des peuples.

The flight forward!

In the days of Hassan II, Associations were asked to come up with feasible projects at local, regional and national level.
The good ideas are collected by the local authorities and put together in a white paper which serves as a bait program for the new Party which the king bestowed on the incumbent prime minister.
All the governors, the pashas and the caïds had to mobilize to find members for this new Party.
The state knows that the existing parties are just pressure groups that come together for election campaigns and disperse right after, like a ritual.
Between election campaigns, the Parties boil down to empty premises with golden signs, a few rare interviews in the service media and waiting for further directives from the palace.
Since this year is exceptional because of the pandemic, and no longer able to obtain ideas for free from candid young associations, the State is putting its hand in the pocket and graciously paying a whole team of researchers (of money) at the head of which he puts his former Minister of the Interior, Chakib Benmoussa, the one who had banned the Moroccan Amazigh Democratic Party of Ahmed Adgherni, the only true Party in the history of Morocco and which makes the powers tremble, to the inside and outside Morocco.

الهروب إلى الأمام!

في زمن الحسن الثاني ، يطلب من الجمعيات اقتراح مشاريع مجدية على المستوى المحلي والإقليمي والوطني.
يتم جمع الأفكار الجيدة من قبل السلطات المحلية وتجميعها في كتاب أبيض يعمل كطعم لبرنامج الحزب الجديد الذي يمنحه الملك لرئيس الوزراء المنتهية ولايته.
كان على جميع العمال والبشاوات والقادة أن يتحركوا لإيجاد أعضاء لهذا الحزب الجديد.
تعرف الدولة أن الأحزاب القائمة هي مجرد مجموعات ضغط تجتمع للحملات الانتخابية وتتفرق بعد ذلك مباشرة ، مثل الطقوس.
بين الحملات الانتخابية ، يتلخص الأحزاب في أماكن فارغة بعلامات ذهبية ، وبعض المقابلات النادرة في وسائل الإعلام الخدمية ، وانتظار المزيد من التوجيهات من القصر.
بما أن هذا العام استثنائي بسبب الوباء ، ولم تعد قادرة على الحصول على أفكار بالمجان من الجمعيات الشبابية البريئة ، فإن الدولة تضع يدها في الجيب وتدفع بتفضل فريق كامل من الباحثين (عن المال) على رأسهم تضع وزير الداخلية السابق شكيب بنموسى ، الذي كان قد منع الحزب الديمقراطي الأمازيغي المغربي لأحمد الدغرني ، الحزب الحقيقي الوحيد في تاريخ المغرب والذي يجعل السلطات ترتجف ، في الداخل والخارج.
نموذج التنمية هذا ، الذي قدم رئيس اللجنة نتائجه إلى الملك عشية الانتخابات ، هو حداثة عهد محمد السادس وسيكون بمثابة كتاب أبيض لجميع الأطراف ، وجميع الاتجاهات مجتمعة ، بصفته رسمي. برنامج مشترك ، يجب اتباعه بالكامل للأحزاب الإدارية وجزئيًا لما يسمى بالأحزاب التاريخية ، لمظهر من االدموقراطية الشيطانية في بلاد استقرار الهراوة ، والهشاشة ، والبطالة المقنعة ، من ألف ومئذنة واحدة من البترودولارات وألف وواحد جاهل ، مع عقلية معدية من "جهة الغلبة" ، الجزء المهيمن ، تُعبد كإلهة لها حق الحياة والموت على أي شخص لديه نجم سيء في أن يولد ويكبر. في هذا السجن وهذا الملجأ للمجانين في الهواء الطلق.
