Témoignage , à l’intention de monsieur Benmoussa ! Par Mohammed Hifad

Pour vous donner une idée du Maroc que j’ai vécu sous le règne de trois rois , Mohamed V, Hassan II et Mohamed VI, j’ai passé toute ma vie à Mogador, depuis 1957.
Je n’y possède, à ce jour, qu’un appartement de location.
C’est tout ce que peut y posséder un fonctionnaire honnête et intègre comme moi.
J’y ai enseigné au collège, au lycée et au Centre de Formation des Instituteurs.
J’y ai connu de pseudo-intellectuels qui ont travaillé comme indicateurs pour le pacha et le bureau politique de la Province et pour qui le gouverneur a octroyé gratuitement des parcelles de terre .
Certains ont pu les construire et d’autres les ont revendues pour aller ailleurs. Sans ma tante, qui n’a pas d’enfants, et qui m’a donné la parcelle sur laquelle j’ai construit ma maison dans mon village, et les parcelles que j’ai héritées de mon père et de ma mère, je vivrais mal aujourd’hui dans le bâtiment sans âme où j’habitais et la ville infestée de trafiquants, de drogués, de désœuvrés et de malades mentaux.
Le Maroc est en guerre civile depuis 1975 où le Sahara Occidental a donné un coup d’arrêt au développement à l’intérieur du pays.
C’est ce que personne n’ose dire.
Tout le pays ne travaille plus que pour acheter des armes , construire le Sahara et abandonner l’intérieur du pays.
Ce sont les zones amazighes qui ont le plus souffert, abandonnées par la France coloniale, à cause de leur farouche résistance armée, et délaissées par Hassan II , par représailles et vengeance ,à cause des deux coups d’États manqués des officiers amazighs, en 1971 et 1972.
Aujourd’hui ma région de Haha est restée telle qu’elle a été décrite par Hassan Al Ouzane, Léon l’Africain, au 16e siècle.
De quel plan de développement parle monsieur Benmoussa ?
Celui du Maroc des franco-arabo-andalous au pouvoir qui ont pillé ce pays??
Parle-t-il du Maroc de Safi , de Meknès et de Salé où la désobéissance et la guerre civiles ont déjà commencé ?
Si la France elle-même se dirige vers le chaos et la guerre civile , comment le Maroc , qui fait du copier coller de ses folies , va-t-il y échapper ??
Les prophètes et les miracles n’existent pas au 21e siècle, comme ils n’ont jamais existé aux précédents siècles !

إذا كانت فرنسا نفسها تتجه نحو الفوضى والحرب الأهلية ، فكيف سينجو منها المغرب الذي ينقل ويلصق حماقاتها؟
الأنبياء والمعجزات لا وجود لها في القرن الحادي والعشرين كما لم تكن موجودة في القرون السابقة!
